anyone have the part number for the valve stem seals

also what is involve in changing them, do the heads have to come off, a quick walk through would be great

The part number for the LS1/LS6 valve stem seals are 12457652 for the intake and 12533586 for the exhaust. These are sold in sets of 8, so you only need one of each part number.
