408 vs. 427
I know people say it's not a square setup oh well. This is going in a 1968 firebird the 427 is supose to make most of it's power near the high end right? This is perfect for drag racing right I mean why have a power band near 3500 rpm that's just going to light up the tires and when you shift your out of the power band right? Where is the power band in a 408 any dyno info on either setup's?
Oh yea I'm putting a magnacharger on it so head flow really isn't all that important except exhaust (well if the magnacharger can feed a 427 I haven't got intouch with them yet)
