918's with an XER cam??
 
are 918's sufficient with an XER lobed cam (226/226 114+2), im pretty sure they are, just double checkin

yes, but with dual spring kits costing under 400 dollars (crane, PP, PRC) i'd spend the extra dough. which isnt alot when you factor the cost of the 918's plus tit. retainers.

what's the lift? It should work, but you will have to change them more often than if you got duals.

:werd: to the n'th degree. why go cheap on something that can make or break your motor? snap a single spring and see how much a bottom end rebuild can run.......

plus so far i've not seen a patriot dual snap when they're correctly installed.

I've got almost 30k on my 918s & XE-R without issues so far. Some are fearful of singles. Will they work...most certainly...should you use duals instead...?
