Default How to remove plate underneath Intake

I'm digging through my motor at the moment, and I've hit a wall. underneath the intake for my car, there's teh plate that is held in by 10 bolts. The only problem i have with it now is there are sensors that have been placed in 2 spots in this plate. can somebody tell me how to get those out without destrying them?

Those are your knock sensors. You have to unplug the harness and they screw off. I'm not sure what size socket though...

Get the rubber plugs out of the way with a small screwdriver prying them up. Them remove the knock sensors with a bog socket.

Scroll down a little bit. They give you a visual of how to remove the sensors.
