grounds on back of head

hello, im not sure where this should go, porbably in the external section but i dont know..is there any adverse effect to grounding all three of the ground wires that attatch to the driver side head to the same bolt? it seems impossible to get to the other bolt as i already have my valvecover on..would this be ok to attatch all three to the screw as long as its got good contact? dont see why not but then again, im no expert
