Default Running hot??

Normally my car runs at about 185 or so. (The second line). A couple of nights ago my low coolant sensor came on and the car started to run hot. (about 210). I filled it up with just a little coolant, all it needed, and since than it has been running hot and losing fluid. I changed the radiator cap but it still ran hot (190-200). What could the cause of this be and a fix for it?? Also the are no leaks or at least no water is dripping.

Thanks,
Jake

Mine did something similar right before my water pump went out. I'm not sure how one would check this (mine was replaced by the dealer, before I started learning how to work on my own car), but mine started getting hotter and hotter without ever losing coolant. $738 later, I had a new water pump and an engine flush and everything was better, except my wallet.
