Default Cam scaring

So I've had this old compcams cam in my garage for a while now, on the back lobes there is scaring of some kind where its not smooth anymore (On the outside edges).

I've seen other cams like this too, what I want to know is can this cam be used in another car or is it trash? I would like to sell it cheap to another local LS1 owner who wants a cam but I don't want to sell it if it is going to cause him problems in the future.

I have seen this on every cam I have pulled stock/aftermarket I think that sending the cam to someplace like cam doctor would be the only way to be sure.

Cam doctor? Will they resurface it so it requires longer pushrods but has the same stats?

I also can't find the cam, it has "CC" on it with some numbers but doesn't show up in comps database, maybe its a Crane cam? Are there any distinct features or markings that will tell me who made it so I can find out what the specs are? It had a minor lope at idle and got me to 110 in the 1320

Check with Thunder or Futral, I THINK there is someone in their area that might can help you.
