Idle air plunger may be not working or sticking. Try cleaning the plunger with some brake cleaner. If that doesn't work you may need to replace the sensor.

I paid $50 for my IAC on my stang I think. I cleaned my OEM IAC and my car started to idle wierd, so I bought a new one. Now my car still doesn't run right.

It's probably the stepper motor in the IAC that's stuck. Undo it and lubricate it , then gently push it back in to it's base position.
If it's broken or the sensor is playing up, just disconnect the sensor and fix the idle on the screw while you wait for the new parts. You won't have any cold start help but it will see you through temporarily.
Good luck.
