Engine flush??? i am going to change to synthetics and i was told it would be a smart idea to go ahead and do and engine fluch to my car before doing so, does anyone know how to do this, what to get, or where to go??
also, what grade and brand synthetic would you recomend for my car? it is stock...
and i am thinking of changing my tranny and rear end to synthetic as well, any recommendations?

How many miles to you have on the car? If you have more than about 20k I would slowly transition to synthetic. Synthetic oil has the tendancy to find every loose gasket and seal on a motor with some miles on it.
well, i had ~50k miles on my block when i bought my car. had no idea what oil was run when i got it, but about 3 days later i drained it and put in 6 quarts of mobil 1 5w30. thats what i've run since. fwiw.
