quick q? What size is the stock crank???

quick q? What size is the stock crank??? I just got a new short block from ARE and the stock crank bolt is WAY too small for it.
I stayed with the 346 cid Street Eliminator.
They have it listed as a 3.622 crank.
That's stock...right?

Too small in diameter.
The bolt hole is now .700
the stocker is like .625 or something.
I'm about 99% sure that Agastino decided to drill and tap a new hole in the crank.

I don't know what kind of thread it is.
It looks like the same "stock" thread pattern but i should be able to find out more
when i call them on monday. I'll do my best not to start off sounding alittle annoyed.
