Default Harland Sharp Performance Loss Question

I am seeing alot of talk about how the harland sharp rockers are heavy over the spring and valve cuasing valve float situations. Is this valid?

Also, I have been having a problem that is driving me nuts. In the lower gears when I go wot I seem to have a stumbling problem for a little while and then it goes away and the car continues to pull hard. Why is this? It has only showed up since the addition of 4.56 gears. Is this because my motor is winding up so quickly that I am floating valves, springs, and or lifters. It only seems to happen in first gear to second gear shift and second to third. It never really happens when I shift into 4th. I don't understand.

Sometimes the problem happens in first gear without even shifting hard. This isn't a reversion issue caused by a maf sensor is it?

Timing chain? If it was this I would think that I would have caused damage that would show up in part throttle and 4th gear wot runs also but it doesn't.
