How do u removal valve seals on the car?

I'm swapping my springs out this weekend and was wondering how one removes the valves seals without hurting them. The heads are on the car so I need to remove the seals to get to the seats. Any help is appreciated-thanks!

Allan at FMS was just very careful when he took mine out, and he checked each one after removing it to make sure it wasn't messed up. If you go slow with it, you shouldn't have a problem.

They are a bitch to get off if trying not to dammage them, needle nose pliers and some lovin will work.
