High Mileage Ls1?

High Mileage Ls1? Are there any problems with high mileage Ls1's 
or Lt1's that are pretty common among F-bodies? ie, like the 3.8 v6 Firebirds and Camaros typically have a rear main seal gasket leak when they enter high mileages.

I have a friend with about 120,000 on his ls1 and no problems. (Its stock) Also have had many friends with lt1s with many milles and no major problems. Seems like the opti is a major problem on the lt1s ive also heard of them haveing rear main seal leaks. But nothing to serious.
I have 113,000 miles and still running strong. No engine issues at all. I have recently gone through a heater core, power steering pump and alternator, typical higher mileage stuff. I plan on headers and/or cam this winter.
