Default need help on overlap and ramp rate

im trying to come up with an idea for a cam and dont know how mcuh overlap i want. the current cam i am thinking about is +4*

im thinking about something along the lines of a 230/234 .580-.590 lift. still debating on how much lift to go with and not having to replace springs a lot.

dont know if i am gonna go bigger on the duration either. but with that one i was planning 114 lsa. what questions do i need to answer to get help with this? i hear a lot about ramp rate but how do i determine the ramp rate and stuff and what to go with. or lift at .006"??
