Default help choose my cam

my car is a 2000 camaro
mods are as follows

mac headers, no EGR, No A.I.R, True 2.5 duals with x pipe, slp air lid. TCI SSF 3500 TC.

with my stock ls1 intake, 3:23 rearend and stock 4l60E my car runs 7.9 in the 1/8th @ 87 mph and 12.5 in the 1/4 @ 107 mph on 1.6 - 1.8 60's and makes 315 HP and 325 TQ

i do drive my car on a regular basis, but am more conserned with increasing my track performance than having street maners. I may or may not spray a 100 shot on my new set up, so i would want a cam that is good either way.

what cam would you sugjest, and what should it do for my HP/TQ and my ET/MPH?

thanks in advance for your replies

guess this is just too much of an over played question on here.
I did some searches, but was really looking for advice on MY set up.

Try the tsp 231/237, G5X3, tsp magic stick, fm13, or the trex. Those are all max effort stock head cams.

if you plan to stick w/3.23 gears and the 3500 stall converter I would say a TSP 225

you set up sounds just like mine, even your numbers are REAL close to mine, im planning on the TR 230 cam, but im not sure how its going to like the nitrous, other than that with a 3500 stall, it would be grat at the track but might require me to get some 3:73 gears...we shall see
