I am running Patriot Duals on mine. They are good to .650" lift at the valve. Plenty of room to play with.

I cannot remember the installed height. The springs come with the correct retainers, spring seats n locks to work with the stock length valves and uncut spring pockets. I have a number in my head but it has been 6 months since mine went together. I don't want to give ya the wrong number. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

Patriots are good to a .650 lift or you can go with the PRC's. They are good to a .660 lift. The g5x3 doesn't come close to either, but they both make a good choice.
