Default Will there be issues with this?

I have a 98 Ls1 block with stock crank. I would like to run these parts by you guys and please tell me if you think there will be any issues. The setup that I wanted to go with is a set of either forged JE or dimond pistons (want to keep the stock specs, but go to forged), a set of the lunati pro mod forged rods also at stock specs. Next will be a set of the AFR 205 heads and a TSP 231/237 cam. I am concerned about clearance issues mainly, but if there is anything else that I would have to watch out for please let me know. This is for my 3rd gen swap project, and it has to be right.

I don't see any issues coming with that combo.

Pistons will have valve reliefs cut in them or total stock replacements? And what is the i/e lift on that cam?

The cam specs are .598/ .595 lift at 112+2lsa

and the pistons will most likely have -2cc valve reliefs.

That's a pretty common combo. Many, many are running that combo on stock shortblocks with no issues.
