MTI R1 vs. MTI G1 Which one of these cams would give the best performance?
MTI R1 232/236 575/578 114
or
MTI G1 228/232 588/575 113
Which one would be the easiest on valve springs and have the best driveability? My car is a C5 A4 with a TCS4200 stall and 3.73 gears I have Stage 2 heads and all of the bolt on's.

The G1 will fit with no problems on a stock shortblock , you might have to do alittle research before stuffing a R1 in a stock block, might have a PTV problem. How much are taken off the heads? Lloyd
