Default Installing Heads/Cam Question

I've searched and I've read the howto on www.ls1howto.com and I think I'm going to install a head/cam package myself. It looks fairly straightforward as long as you have patience and a cold beer handy.

My question is, if I have AFR heads milled to 59cc, whatever that is .35" or .4", will I have to do anything to the block deck to get a FAST LSX 90 to fit? It seems like the heads will sink down into the engine bay a bit and perhaps towards the block. Of course I haven't done anything yet, because I don't want to buy the pieces and find out I need to shave the block to allow the intake to line up with the heads. That's beyond my scope.

I know I'll have to flycut and I'm prepared to Dremel the pistons, though it'd be nice to find a howto on that as well.

Any help or opinions from the experts would be great!

Shouldn't have to do anything to fit the lsx intake in. There is a tool I believe thunder sells that fly cuts the pistons.
