Default Which Heads?

Ok, just picked up my TR224/114

Also looking at getting heads from Absolute. But which ones?

I don't plan on getting headers unless they are smog legal.

So would Stage 2 be worth it??

I have decided on either Stage II or Stage II 5.3L heads. Any suggestions?

I have these from Absolute Speed and believe it or not I can run 89 Octane and not get detonation.. at least noticeable.

I just got my TEA 5.3L heads yesterday, and although it'll be a few months before I install them, the fit and finish is pretty damn impressive to say the least. Brian and Brent really know their stuff. Excellent customer service as well.
