Catch Can Danger or Not - Someone Explain>>>

I'm real confused as to whether this is the system many here are running or something else. I have a catch can and am concerned about damage unless I can be set straight. Please straighten me out. Thanks.

I think the person was confused a bit...
I've never ever heard of anything wrong with a catch-can setup installed inline with a (manifold) 'vacuum assisted' PCV system...
I think that person was calling the fuel fitlers or whichever, catch-cans... To me that, was simply venting to the atmosphere.

I find the problem in deleteing the pcv... the catch can and breather in conjunction with it is good.
I run an inline air oil separator in my pcv line to pull out some of the oil to prevent from blwoing it in the intake. I dont have blowbye as it is a fresh block, it just does that

I guess my question is; with an in-line catch can installed is there still a vacuum being pulled by the intake and all that is really going on is just extra filtration? IE-the pressure is still being relieved with a catch can as long as it is connected to intake [Y/N].
I went one farther and installed an LS6 valley cover and vent to an AMW catch can from that. Seems to work well and I havn't seen any issues regarding it. It jas caught some oil since, so that is encouraging. I guess that means it's working.
I wanna try an LS6 and Ls1 PCV system together in to a Catch can, My thinking is that possibly I can slow down the incoming crankcase gasses by using multible sources so that possibly the PCV will suck less oil.
