A4 users big cams, good daily driver?
With the AFR 205 heads, you'll actually GAIN .015" of p-to-v clearance over a set of factory cylinder heads. So, you could run the 205's and our MS3 camshaft without cutting valve reliefs so long as you don't shave the heads. The last car we did an MS3 camshaft install with dyno tune, it netted 427 RWHP with stock cylinder heads. We had two MS3-cammed cars at the Southern Shootout running in the 10's, but one of them broke the rearend on the first qualifying pass Sunday morning.
Mid-1.4x 60' times take their toll on 10-bolt rearends. So long as you have a quality tune in the car, you'll be able to drive the car anywhere with the MS3. We have quite a few daily-driver MS3 cars.
