It's been 4 months...
It's been 4 months... and HPE will be finishing up my new 383 stroker motor early next week! Was wondering if you guys had any advice/pointers for the reinstall. This is what I've got so far:
5 qts 10-30 dyno oil for the break in
5 qts 10-30 Mobil1 synthetic for post break in
2 gallons Dexcool
2 gallons DextronIII
1 qt power steering fluid
& a sprinkle of blinker fluid
Can you think of any other fluids I'm forgetting?
The motor will be going back in from the top with the trans attatched. Any pointers?
I'll post up dyno/specs as soon as I take it in for the tune!
