Custom Cam Grinders

Who are the respected custom cam grinders for the LS1/X?

I don't drag race and want a cam for my new LS2 stroker 402 that doesn't need to spin the 4 inch stroke to high 6's to make power. I was running my 346 to 7200 (maybe that is why I am building a new block).

I want to respect that long a stroke and the side loads it generates on the pistons.
