Default PRC spring questions

calld Terry and first number is disconnected? no cell answer.

At stock installed height with their seats (what should that be nominally anyway?) what is the seat and open pressure?

Roughly how much would I have to shim it to get another 10-20 lbs seat pressure? How close are these pressure to collapsing stock lifters?

Cam is a FMS 226/230.. their "blower" cam so i dont think its that aggressive

I'm running my PRC's on the FMS 236/239 .600/.610 and I'm not getting any valve float. Mine aren't shimmed. I think Terry is working at night and doesn't get into his shop until after lunch. TSP sales the PRC springs too, they might know the specs on them... I have it written down somewhere, If I can locate it, I'll post them up.

Gomer is correct, 140lb on the seat @ 1.800,good to .660 valve lift. The springs will be perfect with your FMS cam.

This FMS cam is seeing boost on the intake valve. i usually run a few more pounds seat pressure on intake valve under boost. How close is 140 lbs to collapsing lifters? Id like to shim them up a few more pounds (say 10-15) if I can get away with it

I would add a .03 shim. This will give you more pressure.I think you will be fine.
