Default comp pro magnum rockers

does anyone know if there is any valve cover clearance problems with the 1.75 pro magum comp rockers on ls6 heads with patriot dual valve springs

Yes, there is. I had to quick find valve cover spacers since I didn't want to hack up my covers.

I am running them with comp duals with no problems.

The drivers side valve cover needs to be modified.You need to remove the splash sheild
and grind down the mounting boss for the splash sheild.Its not difficult and can be done with a dremmel if you don't have a die grinder.I don't know why comp doesn't
provide directions in their kits but they don't.Maybe they are afraid of losing sales if this info is provided,I know it sure pissed me off finding out about it in the middle of an install.

so is the passenger side, ok, or does it need work too

My advice..check them both yourself..both of mine required a little massaging to be safe.

I did it on a 2001 car and only the drivers side fouled.Comps tech line said they prototyped the rockers on a 98 car and there are no issues with 98 valve covers just
the center bolt models.
