More low end torque on an LS1
so if you get 4.10's you will get better low end torque????

It'll FEEL like there's more low-end torque because the gears will get you into a higher power band more quickly.
All you guys with the cam for sale shoot me an e-mail, im deployed out of the country but we will work something out.

So an 01 or an 02 truck cam and some 4.10's will give me more torque on the lower RPM range.. SWEET!!! Thanks Guys!! Will the gears make a huge differance in top speed or is it something i will never notice anyway.

It sounds like you think you need to get one.

The 4.10s would lower the top speed in 5th gear from 165 mph to 155 mph with the stock rev limiter at around 6200 rpm. The 4.10s will make 6th gear more useable. You would be able to go faster in 6th gear than before, although probably still faster in 5th. It is possible you could have a higher top speed than before on a modified motor that has the power to pull 6th gear at these speeds.
