yeah yeah it sucks. i started the car and let it warm up backed it out of the garage. heard a pop and immediately clack clack clack. i was like otta that doesnt sound too good. i knew i broke a valvespring but discovered the bent valve after i towed it to my shop and bumped it over. oh well guess its about time for heads anyway.

Manley's are the best in my opinion..Ferrea's are ok i guess, but weaker by far..I have seen many of TEA heads come in to me with bent ferrea valves..with no p to v issues either..just from driving..I have seen a stock cam car with ferrea's bend.go with manley's or at the very least REV's...I want milidon to make an ls1 mega flow valve..but i dunno if it will happen.

wanna say round 10k miles on them and they are manley. supposed to be rated up to a 625 lift i think and i only have a 558. i think their design sucks. it has an inner sripng in addition to the outer regular spring. i think the inner spring rubs the outer one, weakens it and then breaks it after a while. this is the 6th valvespring ive broken and i dont rag the **** out of my car either. i drive it the way its supposed to and dont rev it up and hit the revlimiter either. i never messed up anything with the others that have broke cause they still remained compressed but this time was different
