Default Spark Plugs

What would be the best plug to go with for a 408 11:1 compression?
I had originally intended on spray, but I am actually going to run on motor for a while and see how it goes...
SO I need to know what people prefer for N/A Apps?

TR5's are one step colder than TR6's, aren't they? for serious doses of the sauce.

Default With NGK plugs, the higher the number, the colder the plug.

According to my NGK heat range sheet.
