Z06 manifolds on GTO?
Z06 manifolds on GTO? I recently read an article (I think it was in Hot Rod) that compared flow rates and hp between stock corvette manifolds and LT's of different diameters...ends up the vette manifolds only produced 3-5 less hp than the LT's.
I'm considering an LS6 H/C swap (warranty reasons and because I should be able to get the parts cheap), so will Z06 manifolds fit on the goat and flow better than GTO manifolds? I know, just get shorty's or LT's, but for a free mod, I'm wondering if it'll work...
I guess part of my question is, "Are the GTO manifolds the same as C5 manifolds? If not, what are they...new, Z06, other?" And would Z06 manifolds even fit?
