Awesome! Out of curiosity, how do you guys solve the KR issues with the LS2 blocks?

fastbasser 12-13-2004 08:16 PM

Soooooooooooo how much are crating fees?

:drive:

JoeyGC5 12-13-2004 09:15 PM

Thats a really good price on that iron block. If only the timing was right.

red90cobra 12-14-2004 01:03 AM

is this the price all the time or intro price?

koolrayz 12-14-2004 07:49 AM

ARP bolts? if so which model? Piston cc options? warranty? Rotating assembly manufacturer?

HAMRHEAD 12-14-2004 09:16 AM

Yes, is this an intro price or is it good all the time? Sounds like a nice deal.

DanZ28 12-14-2004 10:20 AM

Who makes the crank? pretty good prices by the way regardless!!

red90cobra 12-14-2004 12:09 PM

what are the compression options for 3500?

-Joseph- 12-14-2004 02:25 PM

Sorry for the delay guys! It's eagle forged parts.

This is a intro special on the short blocks!

It will be about 10.5:1 compression with cometic gaskets & 67cc heads.

The Mahle pistons are -12cc

Shipping depends on the location :)

69_YENKO 12-14-2004 03:07 PM

Sweet ass!

*& how long is this price good for?

black_z 12-14-2004 03:31 PM

ARP Bolts?

black_z 12-16-2004 04:07 PM

To the top

Mas280 12-22-2004 10:41 AM

Are the ARP main bolts needed for this motor?

Connecting rods usually have 'made by ARP' bolts installed. The only other ARP bolt available in a shortblock would be the main cap bolts/studs. Those can be added as an option, but we havn't seen a need unless your after crazy power levels. :)

That is what I am wondering as well. I am 95% certain I will buy this shortblock, but I won't be able to for a couple months yet. Maybe March.

What about getting a lower compression version?? Maybe a 9:1 instead?

11 Bravo 12-22-2004 02:35 PM

The LS2 shortblock runs an aftermarket LS1 cam? Knock sensors?
