Default Base circle

I need help, does anyone know what the base circle is on a stock 5.3 cam. I am trying to determine what size push rod to buy for a 01 5.3 with ls6 heads milled .055 with the LPE GT1 218/229 .560/.560 cam (need to know base circle on this one to)

Also are the stock length pushrods the same on all lsx engines

Any input is greatly appriciated

I just bought the same heads milled .055 from SDPC...i have not installed them and am still looking at various cams...

...do you know for certain that the cam you picked will not cause the pistons to hit the valves? Is that cam a Lingfelter cam?

...not sure about the base circle measurements....but find out before you start wrenching...I thought the cam comes with a tag that would tell you this...

...what are you going to do about the alignment pins in the intake manafold that will no longer aling with heads that are now milled .055? Did you get replacement pins? Will you machinge the pegs yourself?

..I would call Lingfelter and ask them what length pushrods to use with your heads and cam...

If possible, please also ask them about the intake alignment pins on the plastic manafold....

..let me know , thx..........
