Default Question about selling heads

Before I sell my LS1 stage 2 heads, should I have a machine shop go through them to make sure everything up to spec. Should I put new valves, springs, etc in them or what. I want to do this right.
They have 10K miles on them, and look to be in good shape.
But I don't want to sell something and have it go bad and then that makes me look bad on LS1tech

I would just take it to a machine shop and have them look them over.

Not worth the expense. Just like a used car, sell "as is", advising the person buying them to have them looked over.
