Well I just got home, and looked at the box of lifter that I recieved yesterday. Maybe I was wrong, the box states that they are Comp Cams Lifters 850-16 CS O-E HYD ROLLER LIFTER 04343.

Doesnt say anything about "R". So maybe I am in the clear, regarding the adj. rockers or diffrent push rod length.

yep that that part number is for the stock replacement so you in the clear

it depends but i guess that they would be better, as they give you more control i guess, but hey what do i know.
