Default 2.08 vs 2.02 intakes..

How much of a difference is there in the air flow with the bigger valves? Does it pay to spend the bucks to upgrade for a stroker?

Thanks..

Dont get hung up on the valve size...there are 2.08 heads out there that flow less than some 2.02s...airflow cfm is what you want..and not just at .600 lift if you have a street car. I use LS1 66cc heads with 2.02s and made 480rwhp..

I agree. I had 2.08" intake valves ages ago because...well..bigger is better right? Wrong. I now have some 2.02 valved heads and make more power than I ever did before. For 400+cid motors, a larger valve may be more appropriate.
