proper valvespring breakin?

proper valvespring breakin? i have heard a TON of different opinions/facts/thoughts/lies on this subject so i wanted to get this clear. what is the best way to break in new double springs? i've heard everything from 1 heatcycle and their fin to 3 heat cycles and drive a few hundred miles with them pretty easy. whats the deal?

From what I've seen one full heat cycle should be fine, but I like the be on the safe side when possible. Whenever I get mine in (hopefully early next week) I'll let it idle to full temp after first start up for one cycle and take it out for an easy-moderate drive for the second cycle.....then let her rip. 
If you want to know FOR SURE, call the manufacturer. I wouldn't move the car until the springs went through 3 heat cycles. It's just a startup, idle to operating temps, and then a cool-down. Doing that, and 3 times, has been recommended by every spring manufacturers that I've dealt with. Again, call the manufacturer before taking someone's advisory as absolute brilliance. No one knows a product better than the engineer that designed it
