Slight single tick, but not a lifter

Slight single tick, but not a lifter It seems a few seconds after I start my engine, there is a slight single tick that moves with RPMS. It is so slight and seems to come and go. I've heard noisy lifters and it does Not resemble that tick at all. I don't usually beat my car and if I do I shift before 6K, but because of clutch issues I have missed a couple of 3rd gears.
I just replaced all springs with 918s and Trick Flow pushrods about 1.5K ago along with a cam and heads.
I was forced to drive it to work today and by the time I got to work (About 5 minutes away)the noise went away.
I am going to pull the valve covers and check all the pushrods.
If anyone has any experience with this, please let me know your input.

Re: Slight single tick, but not a lifter I'm pretty sure it's internal because it sound like someone's tapping on the block, which also makes me believe it is not the AIR/EGR causing it.
