Tr224 + N20 ?

Tr224 + N20 ? I'm gonna be installing the TR224 very soon and was contemplating spraying in the future. Would this be BAD for my cam choice, indifferent, or good for it? I know the typical cam recommended is a traditional split but I had to get a cam for daily driving and emissions testing. If I was to go with a 100 shot down the road, would it be alright with this cam? Thanks.

Up to ~ 150 rwhp shot it makes very little difference. The traditional split start showing significance only above those levels.
I shoot 200 dry on a reverse split and I'm showing minimal negatve side effect on power gain and ET's.

100 is a good average.
Keep in mind:
1> autotap/monitor AFR & *timing at wot, and monitor KR.
2> start 50 shot>tune/monitor, then 75 shot> tune/ monitor, then 100> tune/monitor.
Always be on the richer side to be safe.
Now you could run a timing nitrous window to run N/A tune and N20 tune once nitrous is activated.

5-6 good full 1/4th mile sprays roughly... just make sure you have good PSI in the bottle also.
n20 works pretty well with the 224 cam, but of coarse its probably better n20 cams out there. But those tend to be a little sluggish NA though. You will be happy spraying the 224

I thought I heard a while back if you have a cam about the size of the 224 or larger and want to spray its highly reccommended to upgrade the fuel pump. Is this correct? If so can i just put an inline (additional) pump in or do I have to cut the panel in the hatch area to get access to the original pump and completely replace it with an aftermarket one?
i spray 150 with no tune, but want a n2o controller like predator is talking about, u can always just get hp tuners and have ur dyno guy load a n2o tune and a n/a tune and just swap to the n2o tune before u run nitrous.. the tr224 will work fine on nitrous under 150 shot but like others will tell you there are ofcourse better cams as im sure others will chime in with.. wonder what some of these ppl think about the 224/227 cam from thunder.. my dyno guy said this would be a great dd cam and good on the spray.
