Low Oil Pressure??Please Help!!!

Low Oil Pressure??Please Help!!! Pretty much today i sarted up my car to brake in the new crank, pistons, rods and bearings, my mid's and ORY.... The oil pressure guage was only 1/4 over (20-25) and sometimes sat on 0...What could this be caused by? My oil prssure regulator? Any thoughts??

With this part missing, it will cause low or now oil pressure.
There's also a new updated plug that prevents it from backing out.
