Metalic Rattling Noise? What is it?

Metalic Rattling Noise? What is it? I am hearing a metalic rattling noise (sounds like someones playing with a keychain) coming from my intake manifold area when my car is ideling. It litterally sounds like a keychain rattling, its not really a clicking.
Has anyone experienced this? I dont know what it is... I have 86k miles on the motor and I drive it like its meant to be driven !!!
I take it to the track about every week during race season... no cam or anything yet, just bolt ons.
