What is the biggest cam can I use on a 346cid stock short block? Should I atleast get forged pistons with valve reliefs? What compression with suggested cams? I am looking at TEA's Stage 1.5 heads to use with this cam, bolt-ons, and nitrous. Any input is welcome.

 

I think the LG G5X2 cam and the M2 cam are the largest cams that have gone in (from a tuner or shop) and depending on your heads - you may or may not need valve reliefs..

I ran a custom grind Comp 236/240//111 about three years ago that was pretty burly, but do some research into ICL before you order a big cam.
