alternator problems after cam install...

alternator problems after cam install... so when i first started her up, everything seemed fine. i noticed the voltage was a little low, but figured that since i took the battery fully out it might need to recharge, but the longer i left the car on the worse it got, and now i have almost no voltage. what could i have done? i did take the alternator out and move it, so what do i want to check to get this crap fixed?

setting any codes? Check the fusable link from the alternator wire to the starter terminal. Also make sure the harness for the alternator doesn't have any pinches/cuts/ or frays.
