setting harland sharps?

so how in the hell do i set these up just making the bolt tight would be too easy there has to be some sort of song and dance involved. should i get a bit to snap on my TQ wrench so i can TQ them down?

When I tried them I just torqued them to 22ftlbs. and off I went. Mine didn't come with shims so I don't think you can adjust them even if you wanted to.
