Default Lifter choices

I am installing the f-11 w/ a set of s2 5.3 heads. Should I get the comp cams pn# 850-16 high energy lifters or the pn# 875-16 pro magnum lifters? Thanks

i'd just get the comp oem's unless you know how to setup the valvetrain properly with the comp r's or havin a pro do it ... plus do a search on the comp r's and see what kind of problems people been havin with them

Comp R's are not worth the trouble of setting up IMO. I would get the 850-16, torque to 22FTLBS and be done with it. BTW the comp 850-16 have been working realy well in my car so far,They are nice and quiet, no Tick, tick, tick.
