Default which head gaskets to use with these specs

I am buying a set of heads that have been milled to around .040 -.050" not sure which. I will also be running a .234 .236 .595 .598 112lsa cam. and i will be using nitrous

my question is should i go with a stock head gasket or thinner one from like cometic. what kind of performance differance will i see with the head gaskets if any?

can i use a 7.4 pushrod on this setup?

also are the arp headbolts the same on the 98 heads or are they different for the centerbolt than the perimeter bolts

head bolts are the same for any year any head, its the valve cover bolt placement thats different on the 97-98's.

I would use a Cometic in the .040 range and Head Studs. You're probably going to have to flycut your pistons quite a bit.

Is the base circle on your camshaft smaller than stock? If so how much? I'm going to lean to it's better to check pushrod length when its all together, but I'm guessing you'll need a diff length.

my vote is flycutting will be required. either fly cut or pick a different h/c combo.

Flycutting isn't as bad as some people make it out to. If you feel uncomfortable doing it then don't do it. Most of the weakness in the pistons are in the ringland area anyway.
