FYI SES stands for Service Engine Soon.

It's more than likely the random misfire code.

thanx for all the replies, but IT IS NOT THE SES LIGHT.......there's a light in the same panel as the tach that says "CHECK ENGINE"....that's the light I'm talking about, no codes, guages read normal, no missing as far as I can tell since I didn't run it hard, idles like it should with a 224 cam. I havent driven it since because of the shitty weather so I have no more info or updates

I had that too. Had to have the dealer reprogram the PCM for the new cam; basically a crank relearn ( which no hand held tunder can do ). Try a search on my name in the PCM section. Not saying that's your issue, but perhaps it will help. Cost me $78.

thanx, but I still don't understand why I would need to do that ? I never touched anything to do with that sensor or the crank and I'm not gettting a code related to that or any code for that matter, just a light
