Which valve seals to get for head rebuild?
I'm using new GM valve seals for my rebuild. Be carful, there are two types. One is like a normal seal, the other has the spring shim built in; I think these would be more expensive.

get the VITON seals from comp cams.... they are very nice!
but more imprtant than what seal you use is how they are installed!
ive seen some people use an install tool and hammer in on the guide!!!!!
VERY BAD!!! you can easily put a small cit in it and it can leak later on!
you should use some assembly lube on the inside of the seal and gentle lower in by hand... not a hammer!
and be sure they vacum test your heads, VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
