Which cam would be a better cam? The F-14 or the TSP 231/237. The car is a M6 with all bolt-ons and stock heads. How are the driving manners for both of the cams. Wouldn't the TSP cam idle bad with that much valve overlap?

LS-1 cars love valve overlap, so it is going to be a give or take situation. The F-14 is on a stiffer lobe, therefore providing better vacum at lower RPM's. Thus giving you better driveability. TSP just recently introduced the 233/239 which is on a stiffer lobe and should provide similar driveability to the F-14. Both are good cams, but I never liked the 231/237 because of the soft lobes.
