deck height and head casting?

 

the deck height was stock, just cleaned up during the shortblock the heads are 98's i believe the casting number is 843..permiter bolt covers..though i am not sure on the deck height.. would the -7cc be costing me compression and hp? thanks for the help just dont know alot about trying to figure this out... i looked at the sticky but i'm guessing on cc's..withe pistons milling etc...does the 4.00 crank have any effect on cr?
