Default Flycutting??????????

Ive posted on here a few times regarding which cam/head combo to go with. many people gave me opinions on this subject. I pretty much decided to go with the G5X3 and AFR 205s milled to 59cc. Ive come to the conclusion that flycutting will have to be done, no way around it for what Im trying to accomplish. JRP, TONY@AFR, & LOU@LGs have helped out on some advice but my question is has anybody actually done this with the engine still in the f-body and want to discuss it? Couple of questions if anybody wants to help. Thanks!

How safe is it to use nitrous on some flycut pistons? I had a friend that had a spring break and made a little nick in the piston and he was told that the sharp edge on the nick could cause detonation. Is this true or should you stay NA with flycut pistons?

I can't contribute to the nitrous question but you can sand the flycuts when you are done to eliminate sharp edges (hot spots).

I have been thinking about doing this when I put on my new heads, so in the future I will be able to run a bigger cam and not have to worry about P/V clearence. Hell I might have to flycut them now with my heads shaved .040, but I want to be able to use my nitrous.
